Residential Plumber / Plumbing Technician – Join a Skilled, Family Owned Company!

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday, day shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Rotating on-call availability
  • Overtime when needed

Pay:

$16.00 – $41.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues
  • Perform routine maintenance on water conditioning systems
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
  • Use digital scheduling/invoicing software
  • Provide excellent on‑site customer service
  • Maintain a clean and professional job site and truck
  • Continue learning and improving with training and certification support
  • Recommend additional services or product upgrades to customers when appropriate to meet their needs and enhance their experience

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of plumbing experience (residential preferred)
  • Strong communication and mechanical skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Positive attitude, team mindset, and desire to grow
