Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday, day shifts
  • Rotating on-call availability
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Overtime when needed

Pay:

  • $20.00 – $32.00/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
  • Perform HVAC installations and routine maintenance
  • Maintain clear communication with customers throughout service calls
  • Troubleshoot using basic electrical knowledge
  • Provide excellent customer service on every job
  • Complete documentation and follow job protocols
  • Continue learning and improving with training and certification support
  • Present customers with upgrade options or maintenance plans when applicable to improve system performance and satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of HVAC experience 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Willingness to get certified (we’ll help with this!)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Positive attitude, team mindset, and desire to grow
