Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday, day shifts
  • 8-hour shifts

Pay:

  • $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

  • Deconstruct bathrooms (removing tile, fixtures, tubs, and vanities down to studs/joists)
  • Perform rough and finish carpentry
  • Install tile for showers and bath floors
  • Install doors, windows, vanities, and trim
  • Install plumbing and electrical fixtures
  • Complete basic plumbing and electrical work
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
  • Continue learning and improving with training and certification support
  • Offer customers additional upgrade options or product recommendations when appropriate to enhance their remodel experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a trade field (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, etc.)
  • Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
  • Solid work ethic and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Positive attitude, team mindset, and desire to grow
