Excellent service at a reasonable price. Paramount responded promptly to a leaking water feed on a bathroom faucet that had no local shut-off and needed to be fixed that same day. They made an adjustment to their busy schedule and arrived within 2 hours from when I placed the service call. An hour later, both feeds had been replaced and two new shut-off valves were added at a price much lower than I expected from my experience with other plumbing contractors. Usually, contractors recognize the urgency to get the job done and take advantage of the situation to raise the price above what they normally charge if you shopped the job around, but not Paramount. They charged what appeared to be their regular price. No haggling necessary. Never had plumbing service like that before.

Monday 4/28/2026: Chris Perry, plumber, successfully diagnosed and replaced a years-older twin-dial hot/cold washer valve wall unit, which completely stopped a leaking constant water drip into an older washer when not in use - mystery solved - no need to buy a new washer, which still works real good! - highly recommend technician and would use him again.

Before installation, I spoke with Sal for the on-site inspection and technical questions. For scheduling and other general inquiries, I communicated with Alyssa. Both of them were very cordial, professional, and respectful, and they patiently answered all my questions. On the installation day, Sal handled the entire process, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The installation was efficient, clean, and professional.
