Paramount came through with the fix! Had another HVAC tell me I needed a $5,000 part, and it wouldn't be in till the middle of July! Called Paramount for a second opinion, they found the problem and were able to fix it for under $500! The technicians were extremely thorough and did not give up until they found the issue!
