I had a great experience with Paramount Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning and wanted to share my feedback.
I contacted several contractors for replacing my water heater, and Paramount Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning provided the lowest quote for the exact same service and brand (50-gallon Bradford White). That immediately caught my attention, but their service is what really impressed me.
Before installation, I spoke with Sal for the on-site inspection and technical questions. For scheduling and other general inquiries, I communicated with Alyssa. Both of them were very cordial, professional, and respectful, and they patiently answered all my questions. On the installation day, Sal handled the entire process, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The installation was efficient, clean, and professional.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience. I hope the new heater lasts for many years, and I also hope Paramount Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning continues providing the same great service to other customers. Highly recommended!
