I liked that Paramount Plumbing was able to give us an appointment within a few days for our non-emergency sink issue. Tech Jack effectively unclogged our kitchen sink partial pipe blockage by flushing the line. After 22 years of use, it was very much needed. He also installed a new faucet and added a soap dispenser. There were several choices on the truck, and we found the one we liked. Jack also identified other issues which he explained well and we agreed to have addressed right away.
Besides being very good at his job, Jack was also pleasant and tidy while doing his job.
This interaction with Paramount Plumbing was the second one this year. Earlier we had a toilet issue and hose bib repaired by tech Will. That interaction was also successful. Tech Will was also effective and pleasant.

The service technicians, Nick and Chris, arrived early for the scheduled appointment. They listened to my tub/shower combo plumbing concerns. The issue was diagnosed, the fix discussed and approved by me, and completed all within 75 minutes. Nick was completely transparent by notifying me that if this fix doesn't resolve the issue permanently, we might be looking at a full tub replacement. I'm grateful for this level of transparency so we can be prepared should the problem occur again.
