HVAC install. Installation very neatly done. Air gaps sealed tightly. Techs were respectful of property, protecting hardwood, and totally cleaning up when finished, including wiping down new equipment. The price was a bit higher than some other quotes I received (not all, though!), but this was higher-end equipment SEER2 16 AC and 97% efficient furnace with variable speed motor. This qualifies it for federal tax credits and higher PECO rebates. That will bring the price down to almost the same as 2 lower quotes I received for lower-end equipment. When they included 10 years parts and labor, it made my decision easy. The furnace has been running for a few days now. Quieter operation, and more even heating than the Trane XR90 it replaced. So far I am very impressed. This was for an AirEase system by Lennox.
